Three layers of the most proven natural ingredients combine to create our Intelligent Release Technology. Do i have to take NIGHTWISE every day?
NightWise is safe and non-habit-forming and can be taken nightly or as needed. That said, consistency can create healthier sleep patterns.
Is NIGHTWISE FDA-Approved?
Dietary supplements, in general, are not approved by the FDA. Under the law (the Dietary Supplement Health and Education Act of 1994), NightWise cannot seek FDA approval prior to marketing our products. However, we go above and beyond by testing each batch of NightWise for identity and purity so we can be sure that what’s on the label is what’s in the capsules. We also use a third-party, independent lab to test each batch for heavy metals and microbes thereby ensuring they are below levels deemed safe by regulations.
Can I take Nightwise with alcohol?
As with any product that helps your body to sleep, NightWise may cause drowsiness. Do not take NightWise with alcohol or other sedatives.
Can I take NightWise with prescription medication?
If you plan to use NightWise in combination with any medications, tell your health care provider first. If you have certain health conditions and take NightWise, you may be placing yourself at risk.
Do I need to speak with my doctor before taking NightWise?
This is a good idea, especially for certain population groups. If you are pregnant, nursing a baby, or have a chronic medical condition, such as diabetes, hypertension or heart disease, be sure to consult your doctor or pharmacist before purchasing or taking any supplement.
Is NIGHTWISE Drug-Free?
Yes, NightWise is both drug-free and contains only non-GMO ingredients.

Do i have to get a subscription?
No, you can purchase a one-time order of NightWise for $45.00 + shipping, but we have to say you'd be missing out. Subscribers receive a $6 discount on the monthly 30-dose bottle, in addition to free shipping. Plus, consistency is crucial to success with NightWise.
How do I cancel my subscription or change the delivery frequency of my subscription?
Sleep well knowing you can cancel at any time. Simply log in to your account to skip a shipment, adjust the frequency of your delivery, or cancel your subscription.
How long will NIGHTWISE take to ship?
Orders that are placed by noon local time will be shipped the same business day. Orders placed after noon local time will be shipped the following business day. Once shipped, you'll be sent a shipment confirmation email. We do not ship on observed holidays.

What should I do if I haven't received my shipment?
Sometimes unexpected factors can cause delays in your delivery. If you haven't received your package within our standard delivery window, please use the tracking number we sent you on your order confirmation to track your package.

Can I buy NIGHTWISE as a gift?
Yes! Choose the “Send as gift” option from the NightWise ordering page. When prompted, enter the “to” and “from” names, then add a personal message and the recipient’s email address. A unique link is generated for the gift-buyer to send to the lucky recipient who will input their shipping address. Gift-buyer is prompted to complete the purchase and pay for the gift (including shipping). Recipient receives the gift package in his or her mail.
Does NIGHTWISE store my credit card information?
No, NightWise does not store your credit card information. We work with a third-party that processes the charge whenever your subscription renews.
What is your return policy?
We believe that NightWise will work for you, but if for any reason you are unhappy with the product, we offer a full money-back guarantee less shipping. Simply reach out to us at questions@nightwise.com within 30 days of receiving NightWise. If you order a subscription, our guarantee is only available on your first shipment of your subscription. We appreciate the opportunity to make things right.
What is your packaging made from?
You have spoken, and we have heard you! We have gone to great lengths to select ingredients that help to support your sleep. We also select materials that are better for the planet, too. For packaging that meant finding new use for old matter. Our display box is 100% recyclable and our padded mailers that you will see on your second delivery are made from 100% recycled newsprint and plant fibers. Sharing these choices with you is at the core of our mission.
